Position Objective
To ensure effective and accurate preparation of export documentation and to execute cross-border operations in the most cost-effective manner, while adhering to best operating practices.
Job Description
- Minimize shortages and vehicle damage to avoid exceeding objectives.
- Manage absenteeism, training, overtime, and leave days effectively.
- Oversee Cross-Border dispatch floor operations with a focus on cost-effective labor and staff utilization.
- Attend cross-border meetings with stakeholders.
- Assign check sheets to loaders and report on loading times.
- Verify export paperwork and ensure accurate fleet allocation.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong personality with excellent organizational abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
