What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the store manager with day-to-day operations. Motivating, inspiring, and training team members to perform at their highest level. Providing outstanding customer service and crafting unforgettable visitor experiences helping with daily administration, supply control and staff scheduling. Increasing sales and assisting the store in reaching its goals upholding food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand standards. Keeping an eye on operational performance and spotting areas for development. Taking over as store manager while the store manager is away.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior work experience as a team leader, supervisor, or junior manager. A love of people, leadership, and service. A positive outlook and an active approach. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. The capacity to flourish in a hectic setting. A readiness to develop, learn, and take on new tasks. Adaptability to public holidays, weekends, and work shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

Matriculation certificate or grade 12 (required). At least two to three years of experience working in the QSR, fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries as a supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, or junior store manager a track record of successfully managing and leading teams strong grasp of customer service concepts. Proficiency in managing cash and inventory. Basic administrative and computer literacy.

Flexible work schedules, including weekends and public holidays. Dependable transportation to and from work. A spotless criminal history
South African nationality or a current work permit a strong ambition to advance into senior leadership positions and have a long-term career in operations.
